Need to cancel your order?

We made it easy. Our system is designed to make it easy for you to edit or cancel without the need to wait on a response. 

Link to do so can be found in your email confirmation, SMS text message order confirmation, order status page, or simply by logging into your account. 

Keep in mind that Editing/Canceling is automatically disabled when an order is fulfilled. Once an order is marked as fulfilled or any fulfillment has been added to the order,  You will see a message stating that the order can no longer be edited or canceled. We cant cancel something we have already shipped.

 

How quickly will I get my refund for canceled orders?

The system will automatically refund orders that are canceled. No waiting!
