How to Track Shipping on your body kit
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
If you find major damage to the box, please reject the shipment! Once you accept the package we can no longer file a claim for shipping damage.
If for any reason your package appears to be damaged and you have already accepted it, please inspect and take photos of the box and any damages on the products and contact us immediately.
Our E30, E36, E46, and E92 body kits, bumpers, or side skirts, require freight shipping and are shipped VIA either one of two freight carriers: Pilot or R&L Carriers!
Instructions for Pilot:
- Step 1: To track your order, you will want to go to the Pilot website, www.pilotdelivers.com
- Step 2: On the top menu of the homepage, select Track a Shipment, then select For Consumer
- Step 3: Enter your Tracking Number in the orange text box and click Track - Reference photo found below!
- Step 4: Pilot may contact you to schedule delivery. If Pilot is unable to contact you to schedule the delivery, you may be liable for additional shipping charges.
Instructions for R&L:
- Step 1: To track your order, you will want to go to the R&L Carrier website, www.rlcarriers.com
- Step 2: On the right-hand side of the homepage, select the Shipment Tracing tab
- Step 3: Enter your Tracking Number (PRO number) in the section labeled Enter Trace Number (AKA Tracking Number) - Reference photo found below!
- Step 4: Pilot or R&L Carriers may contact you to schedule delivery. If R&L Carriers is unable to contact you to schedule the delivery, you may be liable for additional shipping charges.
