Need to edit your order?
Our system is designed to make it easy for you to edit without the need to wait on a response during the 5 minutes after the order is placed.
The link to do so can be found in your email confirmation, SMS text message order confirmation, order status page, or simply by logging into your account.
What happens if I need to edit my order but it has been more than 5 minutes?
If you need to make a change to an order but you can't access edit it on your own, please follow the steps below to make the change most efficiently. Please keep in mind that if you receive a tracking notification, your order can no longer be cancelled, edited, or changed. Our team is already at work on getting your products shipped out.
Step 1:
Please check the hours of our operation. Our team ships out orders M-F from 8AM to 2PM PST. We are not available over the weekend to answer your call or emails. If you place an order during business hours and need to make a change, it is best to reach us by phone. Please leave a message if we miss your call with your order number and name.
Step 2:
Send us an email to support@garagistic.com. Email subject must start with the words "Order Change - [your order number]"
It should look something like this: "Order Change GAR99999"
Step 3:
Give us some time to get back to your call or email. Our customer service agents will work to handle all order change requests as quickly as they can, however there are times when the shipping team will get to your order first. If an order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, we cannot make any changes.
