Tech Support Question Response Delays
Due to COVID business restrictions, our support team is currently working remotely. Keeping this in mind, our support team does not have eyes on the ground, so tech questions regarding specific part function, dimensions, or specs will have 3-4 days delayed responses. We are working as fast as we can to get to your messages, please do not repetitively email asking for an update. We will not be able to provide one in a timely manner, due to more than half the team working remotely (the ones who would be needed to answer those emails), excess update emails cause a major disruption in our workflow. Emailing multiple times only requires our employees working remotely to take extra time finding and answering multiple responses for the same email, which further delays your response, and delaying even more responses in the process. We really appreciate any patience you have towards our team during these times.
