Made a mistake on your order?
Please take the time to be sure you are ordering the right parts prior to placing your order by using RealOEM.com or reaching out to one of out skilled customer service agents. We are not responsible for you choosing the wrong parts for your application.
If you happen to make a mistake on your order, such as selecting an incorrect part, or the wrong quantity of products, you have 5 minutes to live edit your order. If it is past that 5 minute window, please submit an order cancellation request to support@garagistic.com within 24hrs of order purchase. Please follow the email template below (failure to do this can result in delayed response time). Once order cancellation is approved (see the order cancellation section below for more info), feel free to place a new order for the correct part or parts you are looking for!
How to cancel your order:
Customers who email looking to cancel their orders have 24hrs after the order was placed to submit an email request for cancellation. Please follow the email template provided above (failure to do this can result in delayed response time) If it has been more than 24 hours since the order was placed, your order is likely already processed and being shipped, and will now need to be returned following delivery for a refund.
