Does stiffer carrier bushings add vibrations to the car?
Yes, adding a stiffer carrier bushing will add some vibration to the shifter but not the whole chassis.
The amount of vibration transmitted to the shifter is dependent on how stiff the carrier bushings are. This applies to both the front and rear carrier bushings.
Aluminum will add the most vibration followed by delrin then polyurethane.
