"I have received the wrong parts"
First of we apologize for the packing mistake! To submit a packing/shipping mistake to be fixed, please send an email with the order number of said shipping mistake, and make sure to include a photo of the products you received or failed to receive along with a photo of the packing slip. Do your best to clearly show all products and packaging in your submitted photo.
Order issue emails that do not have photos will not receive any order correction, or response. Please follow the email template provided below. Emails properly sent with the correct order number, and photos will be fixed as soon as possible!
