Before contacting us for shipping issues such as missing packages, or orders held at customs, please contact the shipping carrier first (when emailing the shipping carrier for support, please CC support@garagistic.com on the email) Keep in mind, all around the world international customs agencies are experiencing delays due to the Covid-19 safety precautions.

USPS International Shipments

Be aware, that all international shipments through USPS are delayed at the moment due to a shortage of cargo planes transporting shipments - this is a direct result of the Coronavirus outbreak. We will now be using only DHL Express for all international shipments.
