What does it mean if I received an order confirmation but not a tracking number?
Once an order is placed and payment is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation in the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive an order confirmation right away, there may be a typo with the email address entered. Please reach out to us and we will correct the email address on file for you.
Once an order confirmation is sent, the order is worked on and prepared. A tracking number will be sent out once the product is shipped out by a postal carrier service. If you do not receive a tracking number immediately, please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare the shipment. Additionally, there may be a made-to-order product in your order which requires additional time to complete. What is a made-to-order item?
Made-to-order items include subframes and core exchange programs. They also include items that are customized to your preference or specification such as our Solid Chassis Mounted Shifter or any items that are on "pre-order". Any special request orders or customized invoices will also require additional lead time.
What is the average time for an order product to ship?
Single item orders generally ship the same day or next depending on the time of the day that the order is placed. Multiple item orders generally ship 2-3 business days after the order confirmation is sent.
