When will my order ship out? When can I expect a tracking number?
We are still working and shipping every day to ensure that support for our community does not diminish during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are dedicated to fulfilling all of the orders we are currently receiving, however, our production and shipping times are slower now due to restrictions placed on us by the COVID-19 lockdown. We are also experiencing a very high volume of orders coming in every day due to the fact that many of you enthusiasts are now at home and have more time to dedicate to your project cars than ever before. That being said, city safety regulations limit the number of people we have in the shop for our employee safety. So our man power is very limited.

Single item orders will ship 2-3 business days after they are placed.
Multiple item orders will ship 3-5 business days after they are placed.
Large orders and orders containing made-to-order items are shipped 1-2 weeks after they are placed.
Out of stock items will be shipped 2-3 weeks after they are placed.
Please be mindful of the delays that are associated with current production and shipping times due to impacts from COVID-19. Our team is spread thin and cannot all order updates immediately. If you just placed your order, please give us a few days to prepare it before reaching out for an order update.
We are working as fast as we can, please do not email asking for an update. We will not be able to provide one in a timely manner, due to more than half the team working remotely (the ones who would be needed to answer those emails), excess update emails cause a major disruption in the current team's workflow. Order updates require our employees working remotely to call into the shop to stop one of our 2 shipping guys (who are working around the clock as it is to get the orders out), only to end up getting the response that this article just gave you and delaying even more orders in the process.
So with that being said, if you read this article and send an email anyway before its been 1 week. You will not get a response.

When will I get my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent out when the package is scanned by the postal carrier and the item is shipped out.
Single item orders will ship 2-3 business days after they are placed.
Multiple item orders will ship 3-5 business days after they are placed.
Large orders and orders containing made-to-order items are shipped 1-2 weeks after they are placed.
Out of stock items will be 2-3 are shipped 2-3 weeks after they are placed.
Please wait one week to receive the tracking number for your order before emailing about order updates.
