Product Overview

Many of the rubber bushings on your BMW E36 and E46 are really starting to age and deteriorate. Often times old motor mounts can split in two and can cause the engine to "hop" under heavy acceleration and when changing gears. If your motor mounts have not been changed yet, they likely need it! We offer 3 different durometers: 80A (Street Poly), 95A (Aggressive Poly), Solid Aluminum (Race Application).

Torque Specs

• Polyurethane mounts (80A, 95A) using nylon locking nuts 12-15ft/lbs
• Aluminum mounts using nylon locking nuts 20-25ft/lbs
