We do not have control over what the shipping carriers do, however, we are here to work with you to ensure that you receive the parts you ordered. If the tracking status on your order shows the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, here are the steps to follow:
- Ask around to your neighbors (or apartment office) to see if the package may have been delivered to a different address or adjacent unit.
- Call the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL) with your tracking number to start a shipping claim.
- Send an email to support@garagistic.com with your claim number.
Generally, a claim can take 3-5 business days to process. Please be patient, especially during busy seasons and around holidays, your package may arrive shortly after you file your claim.
